Dear Portland Theatre Friends,
The Drammy Committee thanks you for another year of producing great theatre in the Portland area. We look forward to celebrating with you on June 9 at the Crystal Ballroom! As always, admission is free and general seating is provided in rows of chairs behind the reserved company tables.
As our email subscribers already know (Subscribe! Subscribe! Get Drammy news at its hottest!), table sales started this morning (No fooling!). But it’s not too late! They are only ONE USPS mailing ahead of you! And if you subscribe NOW, you will join them in hearing the next announcement.
So, if you want to ensure greater visibility for your company, please consider purchasing a table.
Just like last year we can offer your group a table for eight with linens and a placard with your group’s name on it. These tables are located up front near the stage and provide a comfortable place for your company members and friends to sit together, have some drinks, and be in a prime position to accept your awards. Tables are only $85 each (yes, that is a slight increase from last year, but still a great deal!).
Because In 2013, three companies bought over half the available tables in the first days of sales, we have a new process this year, so as to give everyone a chance to sit in style:
From April 1 – 14: companies may buy UP TO TWO tables.
After April 15: no limit – until tables are gone.
Sales will end on May 31, 2013 or when we sell out.

Ad sales this year will be handled directly, when the time comes, by artslandia, who are producing the programs. But do not worry! We Drammy folk will let you know in timely fashion exactly what to do. So, as always, watch this space!
