Remembering legends

It feels so odd, so mysteriously strange and almost bittersweet, to read, sadly, of the death of the wonderful Julie Harris, and to remember, on the eve of his Celebration of Life,  this photograph of her that she sent to our beloved Jack Featheringill. This is what she wrote:

“To Jack – who kept me going when the drawer was full of old scenes.  I’ll never forget your help. Bless you – and my love always, Julie.”

Julie and Jack.  We will never forget either of you. And you will be in our hearts, together,   tomorrow.

Please join us. Monday, August 26, at 7 P.M. (doors will be open from 6.30 P.M.), at Portland Center Stage.
